BCPII - Making your decision to go Mainframe

BCPII enhancements in Z/os 2.1 allow easy integration using REXX interface to BCPII. Making the decision to bring HMC actions into the mainframe (systems automation) brings tighter control to sensitive and critial applications. Access to traditional HMC consoles will always be a critical application where human error can and does cause outages. BCPII brings the HMC home, allowing decision making to be controled progamatically using system automation tools. When the time comes to perform actions against the most critical systems on your mainframe the interface will be stabilized using REXX programing and automation decision tools.
